Classes Offered

Hatha
A traditional style of yoga, incorporating asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork) and medititation. Classes touch on the spiritual and philosophical sides of yoga.

Vinyasa
A modern, fast-paced style of yoga with an emphasis on physical wellbeing. Classes focus mainly on asanas and pranayama, incoporating the athletic side of yoga.

Private sessions can be scheduled to fit in around your busy life, according to teacher and student availability. Get personal and detailed instruction from our qualified yoga teacher, to help reach your individual yoga goals. One-on-one classes are offered in both the Hatha and Vinyasa styles.


Our group classes
Social & Communal Yoga
Our group classes are a great way to save money and meet fellow yogis. Classes can range from 2 students, to as many as will fit in the studio. Both the Hatha and Vinyasa styles are offered, with an emphasis on community and unity. Check out our calendar, and come join us for a fun, friend filled time.
