An online hub for yogis and travelers run by Amy Marleau (with the help of some cool, collaborating friends). The website is named after Amy’s teachers Michelle, Antoine, and Pamela in the style of the yogis of old, who would name their practice after their teachers. The goal of this site is not only to advertise the teaching services of our founder, but to bring yogis and travellers together. Our aim is to bring the notions of community and togetherness back to the forefront of the yoga world. Our ultimate goal? Total global unity! So connect with us on social media, and come join our classes.

Amy Marleau

Amy delved into the world of yoga at the young age of twelve and has been a certified yoga teacher since April 2017. She earned her certification in Montreal, QC, and is currently teaching in Vancouver, BC. Amy is an avid traveler and demonstrates her desire to use yoga as a tool to connect with the world around her by taking her practice with her wherever she goes! Come join her in her journey to connect, share, and inspire.

Yoga Teacher

“Yoga is a powerful vehicle for change. As you build strength, you start to believe in your own potential”

-T. Cruikshank

Michelle has a PhD in Pharmacology & Therapeutics from McGill University in Montreal. But it was while seeking a new outlet for her energy that Michelle discovered yoga in 2009, following her retirement from the Canadian National Diving Team. Certified in 2014 by Mark and Shankara Darby at Om West, Michelle combines her background in competitive gymnastics and diving with her love of yoga to create classes that both challenge and ground.

Known for her positive energy and creative sequencing, Michelle uses her infectious enthusiasm as well as her athletic background to encourage her students  to step out of their comfort zones and to always try new things.

Michelle has given numerous teacher trainings and workshops with Antoine and Pamela at Om West and as far as Costa Rica. You will always hear her say. “Why not?! Let’s give it a try!”
